Germany

Sweden
In Sweden, there has long been a monopoly on the gambling market, with only government-licensed entities allowed to offer gambling. However, the country has also moved with the times and has abolished this system. The result is that there are now over 100 licensed gambling operators operating out of Sweden.

Finland
Gambling growth in Finland has been around 10% in 2020-2021. It can be assumed that this trend will continue. As was the case in Sweden in the past, gambling in Sweden is a state monopoly. Unlike in the neighboring country, however, Finland tightened its regulations again in 2021. It is now completely illegal to promote non-governmental gambling establishments and even influencers are held accountable for making such recommendations. A black list was also drawn up on which gambling operators are listed. When the list comes into effect, which will probably be the case in 2023, banks should no longer transfer money to these addresses.
